There was very professional and incredibly helpful staff and the service was excellent! The breakfast with muesli, hams and an amazing view was savoury and plentiful.

The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a nice enough area, near to a bus stop, and the cable car station for Matterhorn. The room was immaculate and fabulous included television with satellite channels, central heating, and a personal safe. I could see street. Also, location was super, relatively close to a scenic gorge.

The staff - some of them were relaxed.

I had the most amazing view of the Matterhorn from my room at Mountain Paradise. It was absolutely stunning! The room itself was clean and cozy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even let us leave our things at the hotel while we went skiing on our check-out day. The location was also great, close to the Matterhorn Express cable car and a short 10-minute walk to the town center. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was brilliant and clean, had outstanding views, great location down to the train station. location: the property was close to the gondola and ski rental shop, the center with all restaurants and the main tourist street. i came across the north wall bar, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel, offered nice shots.

Overall clean, quaint hotel with incredible location and tasty variety of breakfast food. Amicable, excellent people working here.

First of all, the price for this hotel was very reasonable considering the quality and service they provided. It definitely exceeded my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the attention to detail in the design and cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The rooms on the second level offered a beautiful view, especially those with a Matterhorn view. The breakfast was also a delight, with a wide variety of fresh fruit and other delicious options to choose from. It was included in the rate, which made it even better.

I couldn't find any aspect that needs improvement. Everything was just perfect!
